We have Immediate need for ESSENTIAL CDL A yard driver. You will be an important part of the food supply chain. You will be responsible for trailers - empty and loaded to various locations onsite and between yards.

Pay: $28.50 per hour - OT after 40
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5:30pm



Responsibilities:

  • Operate vehicle safely within DOT regulations that govern safe driving, hours of service, inspection and maintenance.

  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any maintenance problems to supervisor.

  • Represent company in a positive and appropriate manner.

  • Read and interpret shipping labels - complete paperwork as necessary.

  • Be available for work as scheduled in order to meet customer delivery schedules.

  • Load, unload or assist with loading/unloading for freight as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid commercial Class A driver's license and medical card

  • Self-Certified Inter-State Non-Excepted

  • Must be registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse

  • Must have 12 months previous verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience

  • Clean MVR - three or fewer moving violations/accidents

  • Must be at least 23 years of age
