Key Accountabilities

• You have not operated a CNC Machine? That's OK, we will teach you through our training program and in short order you will be able perform the following: Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, setup cards, machine status boards, and verbal as well as written instructions.

Use calipers, micrometers, depth and height gauges, gauging and locating fixtures, as well as other fixed and universal gauging equipment such as Sunnen gauges and plug gauges. Activate units of different types of computerized numerical controls to manufacture a finished machined product by performing a wide range of machining operations to turn, face, bore, drill, thread, ream components with tight tolerances.

• You will work with a team of talented people to resolve any production issues to include your supervisor, programmers & support teams.
• You will have a variety of jobs as you will rotate between various department work centers as required and perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements, Capabilities, and Success Factors

• This position requires the applicant to be a US Person with a US permanent residence. (A US Person is a US Citizen or Green card holder).
• Requires a high school education or equivalent experience. CNC/Technology/Machinist trade school certification a plus.
• Reliability is key, you will need to be on time at the start of the shift and have minimal unscheduled time off.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment operating equipment in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Stable work history and desire to Learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
