The Health Operations Manager is responsible for leading multiple projects including all project management functions, managing client team work activities, documentation creation, disseminating information, leading training and acting as a subject matter expert across the entire book of CBA clients. The Health Operations Manager must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. The Health Operations Manager will manage work activities for a virtual, global team, and should demonstrate a moderate level of cross-cultural competencies. Additionally, they will serve as a liaison and SME to Client Team members supporting clients with the product and services aligned to that Health Operations Manager.


**Job Responsibilities:**


+ Leads deployment and cross client issue resolution projects with minimal oversight from team leadership


+ Creates and ensures comprehensive deployment plan is followed for all projects


+ Creates documentation that is detailed, specific to the CBA environment and consumable by all team members


+ Facilitate trainings as needed to support product rollout or multi-client issue support


+ Works with and responds to internal client members or third party on new solutions, project questions, and client requests or escalations


+ Grow health domain skills and understand how changes in health care will impact delivery for our clients.


+ Provides subject matter expertise to client, client team, shared services, and supporting services on their aligned projects


+ Coordinates service delivery across point solutions, shared services, and third parties, sharing client knowledge and expectations to achieve a common team goal.


**Required Experience:**


+ Advanced knowledge of Health & Welfare Benefits administration


+ Advanced knowledge of the CBA application and Alight Work Life preferred


+ Intermediate knowledge of COBRA and Direct Billings & Payments


+ Excellent communication skills (with advanced writing skills)


+ Advanced understanding of benefits outsourcing systems and application platform


+ 2+ years project management experience managing multifaceted projects and teams, including on-site and virtual management


+ Ability to independently manage multiple projects and due dates with minimal oversight


+ Proficient in coaching others (minimum 1 year of experience)


+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications


**Education:**


+ Bachelors degree or equivalent years of industry experience


**Availability:**


+ Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm


+ Occasional evening and weekend work required


+ Occasional travel required

Minimum :


55,800 USD


Maximum :


88,500 USD
