Automotive Sales Associate, Salaried

Pecheles Ford Toyota is seeking self-starters with strong customer service backgrounds to join our growing Sales Team. This is a salaried position that offers a 4-day work week and bonuses! Prior automotive dealership experience is not required. Top performers have the potential to earn 60-80K/year!

**Responsibilities**

* Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

* Be the vehicle expert. Know the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology

* Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

* Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.

* Learn to overcome objections and thrive

* Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

* Bring your A game & positive attitude every day

**Qualifications**

* Valid NC Driver's License

* Available to work flexible hours & weekends (4 days/week; 5 days/week to start)

* Dedicated to assigned learning and all performance goals

* Fantastic communication skills

* Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

* Committed to punctuality and attendance

* Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug-screening
