Minimum 1+ years Educational Diagnostician experience required.

Details:
Position Type: Full Time
Caseload: Mainly testing to help campus diag with a large load of assessments.
Pay range: $36 - 43/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive assessments to evaluate students' cognitive abilities, academic skills, and social-emotional development.
  • Administer and interpret a variety of standardized assessments, ensuring adherence to assessment protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to identify students' educational strengths and areas of concern.
  • Analyze assessment data and provide detailed reports, including remendations for appropriate interventions, acmodations, and individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing expertise and guidance in developing goals and objectives for students.
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents on implementing effective instructional strategies and interventions based on assessment findings.
  • Stay updated on current research, best practices, and legal requirements related to educational assessment and special education.
  • Collaborate with munity agencies and resources to ensure students receive necessary support and services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, reports, and munication related to student evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Education, School Psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure as a School Diagnostician.
  • Experience conducting educational assessments and interpreting assessment data.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment measures, techniques, and best practices in educational diagnosis.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to special education and student evaluation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and munication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ethical conduct and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
