Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Developer specializing in Financials to join our Corporate Technology SAP team. In this role, you will play a key part in the production support and development of SAP applications, focusing on various financial modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Project Systems, and Reporting. As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to the success of both investment projects and minor enhancements, ensuring the seamless operation of our SAP landscape.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials, specifically focusing on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Project Systems, and Reporting.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements and provide industry-standard system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Map business requirements/processes and configure/develop necessary changes within SAP FI module to meet client's needs.
- Design, configure, customize, and test FI modules, with a good understanding of integration with other modules (SAP Material Management, Sales & Distribution).
- Interface with Ariba, Concur, or other invoice processing applications.
- Independently design, prepare functional specification documents, and collaborate with the SAP Technical Team (ABAP).
- Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change requests, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Articulate, design, document, and implement Tax regulatory changes for Global locations, demonstrating a good understanding of Tax Procedures configuration and associated accounting entries.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Life cycle implementation as well as in support projects of similar architecture.
- Minimum of 4 years of SAP experience in supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts - - Receivable, Fixed Asset Accounting, Project Systems, Inter-company Accounting, and Reporting.
- Experience within S4 HANA implementation/support is preferable.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures with a conceptual clarity related to GAAP & other Accounting Principles.
- Exposure to Tax Accounting and Regulatory Changes, plus relevant configuration/build within the SAP FI module.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile Methodology and ServiceNow Ticketing Tool.
- Ability to work self-directed and independently; may act as a subject matter expert/mentor to more junior members.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with a "can-do" attitude, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
