Regional volunteer intake coordinator

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a vibrant non-profit organization with an extensive network of volunteers nationwide that is seeking a Volunteer Intake Coordinator to join their team for a 5 month contract . This is a part time role of 20 hours per week. If you have at least 2 years of experience handling a variety of Administrative and data driven tasks along with a non-profit background and experience working with volunteers along with an eager, helpful personality , and can thrive in a a "no two days the same" environment, this is the ideal role for you. Responsibilities:

• Process new applicants and conduct screening interviews as needed
• Track and maintain onboarding
• Create and run reports
• Analyze data and results
• Updates systems with information
• Addresses and escalates all red flags found in the data
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Experience with CRM and Salesforce
• Must have exceptional customer service skills
• Must have strong data entry skills
• Must have strong problem solving skills and be a go getter.
• Non-profit and Volunteer coordinator experience a plus
