Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, 40 hours a week
Location: Parkrose, OR
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate LPN to join our team in the role of a Float Program Nurse. This position involves working in Special Education (SPED) classrooms, providing essential nursing care including g-tube feedings, toileting assistance, and other nursing tasks as needed. The successful candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and dedicated to providing high-quality care to students in diverse educational settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in SPED classrooms
• Administer g-tube feedings
• Assist with toileting and other nursing tasks
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred
