We are seeking an Experienced Lead Maintenance Person to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Have an eye for detail and work independently
- Supervise when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields with references
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Organizational Skills
- Time Management
Must be available weekends, holidays and on call
