Hometown Markets is currently seeking a full (or part time) 2nd shift sales associate to join our amazing team!
The duties for the sales associate position in our stores include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the day to day store operations by waiting on customers, operating the cash register, completing shift paperwork and required counts, stocking, customer service, emptying trash, basic cleaning inside and outside the store and miscellaneous small jobs as determined by the store manager.
The ideal candidate will:
Be extremely dedicated to customer service and support.
Have strong interpersonal skills;
Answer the phone and greet customers arriving to the location in person professionally and courteously, ensuring all customers are redirected or supported according to their individual needs.
Perform a variety of clerical duties as needed to support the operations of the location.
Work independently
Learn and become proficient in utilizing store programs and processes
Experience & skills you need:
High school diploma, or the equivalent.
Valid driver's license, and transportation to and from work.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Benefits:
Retention Bonus of $200 after 90 days of employment
Second Retention Bonus of $200 after an additional 90 days of employment.

8 hour shift
Monday to Sunday 6am - 2pm or 7am - 3pm
