Q2 Impact is seeking qualified International Recruiter candidates who will be responsible for recruiting top-notch experts globally and domestically for corporate openings, ongoing projects and new business/proposal development. Due to the highly technical nature of this role, the International Recruiter will closely collaborate with the New Business Development Team and Practice Area Directors. The International Recruiter will support Q2 Impact proposal process, frequently as lead proposal recruiter, including contributing to proposal recruitment strategy, preparing recruitment related questions to donors, maintaining recruitment trackers, drafting and posting job announcements, scheduling and leading candidate interviews, and coordinating and contributing to personnel sections. This position also plays a key role in administratively supporting the Recruitment Unit by serving as recruitment database administrator.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct and lead proactive proposal-specific recruitment tasks for personnel on new business activities closely coordinating with proposal team and operations group. Additionally, responsible for recruiting field and home office positions.

  • Gather information on and coordinate job advertising for proposals and projects in relevant countries. Assist in writing job descriptions and advertisements.

  • Assign access to DevEx and Clear Company (ATS) to Q2 Impact staff.

  • Maintain postings on Clear Company, company website and other posting sites to keep job postings up to date, closing filled positions, tracking applications, registering new candidates, and uploading relevant documentation. Schedule training for new Q2 Impact staff as necessary.

  • Identify potential candidates through databases, contacts/networks, Internet, LinkedIn, publications and cold calls.

  • Attend conferences, career fairs, and special events to promote Q2 Impact as an employer of choice.

  • Format and edit personnel curriculum vitae ensuring the CV/resumes addresses proposal or project requirements.

  • Provide assistance in writing personnel matrices for technical proposal submissions.

  • Assists with production of final personnel/recruitment related documents for proposals.

  • Provide surge support to other recruiters in other practice areas as needed.

  • Help maintain recruitment folders and documents on the Recruitment Unit’s SharePoint site.

  • Actively participates in internal discussions and initiatives to augment Q2 Impact’s recruitment systems, policies, procedures, policies and tools, such as the corporate job site.

  • Actively engages in efforts to improve Q2 Impact’s network of consultants and candidates by finding new talent to increase Q2’s existing consultant database.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors/master’s in human resources and/ Social Sciences or related field.

  • Preferably 4-5 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruitment/talent acquisition.

  • Availability and accustomed to working with different time zones and outside normal business hours.

  • Experience with online networking tools, such as LinkedIn and experience conducting searches on recruitment databases required.

  • Impeccable client management skills including a solid client satisfaction track record. Must foster strong relationships across business lines and provide a superb candidate experience.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and another language (Spanish, French, and or Arabic) preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
