PLM Systems Analyst - Centric

1099 Independent Contractor

Length of Contract: 3 to 6 months

Schedule: 40 hours a week; US Day shift

Job Description

• Engage with the Product Development team and timely resolution of their Centric support needs.
• Responsible for Centric Configuration and Customization to align with organizational processes and requirements.
• Work closely with Centric Professional Services on enhancements and capabilities.
• Implement and maintain product data structures, workflows, and user access controls within Centric PLM.
• Integration and Data Management:
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to integrate Centric PLM with other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of product-related data, including updates, imports, and exports.

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the Centric PLM system.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required

• Bachelor's degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a Business discipline or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support and training to end-users.
• 2 or more years of experience with PLM and corresponding reporting/analytics tools. (Centric experience preferred)
• Ability to proactively identify issues, calculate risk, and either resolve or escalate to the appropriate level of visibility.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate independently or as part of a team and complete agreed-upon deliverables within established timeframes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the apparel or retail industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Centric PLM software modules, including product specification management, material management, line planning, and calendar management preferred.
