Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting the overall growth of our business. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
  2. Social Media Management:
    • Manage and update social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for social media campaigns.
  3. Email Marketing:
    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, and drive customer engagement.
    • Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements based on data insights.
  4. Event Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing events.
  5. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze data to provide insights that contribute to strategic marketing decisions.
  6. Public Relations:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
    • Coordinate press releases, interviews, and other PR activities to enhance brand visibility.
  7. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
    • Provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager, highlighting areas for improvement and success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a marketing coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
