Landscape Production Coordinator

Salary: $80,000 + (depending on experience)

Landscape Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Submit timecards for approval by the Project Manager
• Oversee on-site foremen to ensure efficient project execution
• Assist the Project Manager in maintaining Quality Control (QC) procedures
• Collaborate with subcontractors and coordinate schedules
• Layout plant materials according to site plans
• Adhere to site plans for elevations and overall site work
• Manage job site safety in coordination with foremen
• Stay aware of utility locations as per markouts
• Enforce the company's uniform policy for crews in collaboration with foremen
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the landscape industry. 
• Strong plant identification skills and knowledge of plant materials.
• Bilingual is a must - fluent in Spanish and English
• The ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high-energy environment
• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
• Must be confident, motivated, enthusiastic, respectful, a team player and have a positive attitude
