Job Overview: As a Service Plumber, you will play a crucial role in our company by ensuring the effective and efficient resolution of plumbing issues for our clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing problems, implementing solutions, and performing preventive maintenance to uphold the standards of our services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plumbing services, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnostic and Repairs: Identify and diagnose plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, and implement effective repair solutions.
2. Installation: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential and commercial settings.
3. Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of plumbing systems.
4. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their plumbing concerns, provide clear explanations of services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Compliance: Adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and guidelines.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job for billing and documentation purposes.
7. Emergency Response: Be available for on-call duties for emergency plumbing services outside regular business hours.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber, with a proven track record of successful plumbing services.
   
2. Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills.
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations.
4. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
5. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
