The Position: Food Service Assistant

Employment Status: Per Diem

Hours per two-week pay-period: As Needed

Essential Job Functions:

  • Washing dishes, putting dishes away, checking temperatures
  • Cleaning carts, folding rags, ensuring cleanliness of work area
  • Follow instructions, work as a team, and work with food safety in mind to deliver the highest degree of quality to patients and residents

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Food Service Assistant to join our I CARE team in the Food Services setting. Essential duties of the position include washing and putting dishes away, checking temperatures and ensuring cleanly workstation, and following instructions while working as a team to deliver high quality service to patients and residents.
