Director of Right of Way

Rinker Design Associates, LLC, is a leading provider of professional civil engineering services to both the public and private sector. Education/Required Experience

• A minimum of ten (10) years of active Right of Way experience (appraising, negotiations, relocations, or legal) in Virginia.
• Extensive experience in providing right of way services for VDOT desired.
• Ability to manage and develop a professional Right of Way staff.
• Ability to manage project and section schedules, budgets, and personnel.
• A thorough understanding of the VDOT Right of Way process and the laws and regulations governing it.
• Ability to deal and communicate effectively with the client, the public, and elected officials.
• Ability to meet with potential clients and market the services offered by RDA.
• Excellent communication skills as well as public speaking abilities and adeptness in a variety of social/business situations.
