Responsibilities

This is a potential temporary to hire that once converted will turn into a regular full-time employment including benefits.

The Escrow Officer position requires an energetic and customer service driven title professional that will mentor and lead associates and also focus on delivering top notch service.

• Clears title requirements
• Reconciliating escrow instructions with preliminary title reports
• Preparing HUD-1 and CD settlement statements
• Conducting formal closing presentatinos
• Process cash, loan, refinance and other transactions, independently, from contract execution to closing
• Resolve potential closing issues in a timely and professional manner
• Attend marketing events to attract and retain clients

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years escrow closer experience
• Limitied Practice Officer (LPO) license is required
• Notary License is required
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is required

Compensation Overview:

• The base compensation for this position is estimated to be $30 to $45 per hour
