Responsibilities

•Empower hotel staff to excel in superior guest service to drive financial success through strong leadership and creative operational strategies
•Establish the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and the surrounding grounds for cleanliness and upkeep
•Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services
•Facilitate strategic planning, objectives, and a timetable of action for hotel department leaders that meets overall hotel goals
•Construct and manage a straightforward and effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services and amenities

Qualifications

•Full Service GM experience required
•Hilton experience preferred
•High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
•You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality role
•5+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry required
•Must have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
•Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
