Join our team at Bua Food Group! We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality to join us for two of Summerlins most anticipated Restaurants - Lotus of Siam Red Rock and Naxos Taverna!
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Communicates with Chefs and Management any maintenance concerns.
- Empty trash bins regularly.
- Cleans walls and ceilings regularly.
- Sweeps and mops floors regularly.
- Must be able to assist with cleaning projects as directed.
- Clean and sanitize dish machine.
- Assists the Receiver and Chefs in the retrieval & storage of daily deliveries.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
- Maintains a clean kitchen, properly cleans and sorts dishes.
- Organizes clean dishes properly.
- Follows all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines.
- Must have SNHD Food Handler card up to date.
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
