DHH Teaching Opportunity for 2024/2025 School Year
We are seeking a Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to work full-time in Oakland, CA for the 2024/2025 school year. The ideal candidate will have their Bachelors degree in ASL or Educational Interpretation and have their certification in the state of California.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in ASL or Educational Interpretation
  • California Licensure/Certification
  • Educator Credential

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full Time (32.5 hours/week) | Onsite
  • Caseload | PreK and Elementary School
  • Duties:
    • Provide interpretation on sign language
    • Collaborate with teachers and speech pathologists
    • Provide support for students and parents
    • Other duties assigned by coordinator and principal
  • Start/End Date | August 8, 2024 - May 27, 2025
