Memory Care CNA - Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment and Tuition Assistance

The Memory Care Program Assistant - CNA delivers patient care to support the daily living activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients within the nursing center's Memory Care Unit. The Memory Care Program Assistant strives to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Position Highlights *Deliver patient care in a manner conducive to patient safety and comfort. *Provide therapeutic programming to individual patients or as part of a group. *Ensure patients are ready and transport them to scheduled programs and rehabilitation therapy. *Participate in the care planning process and implements care according to the care plan. *Feed or assist patients with meals and provide additional nourishment and hydration per the care plan. Who You Are *Knowledge of techniques used in providing personal care services to individuals with cognitive impairment. *Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatments and providing related bedside patient care services, as permitted by state regulation. *Knowledge of basic medical asepsis, sterile techniques, and standard precautions. *Willing to work rotating shifts and on different units. *Ability to contribute to a patient-centered environment.
