An establish home healthcare agency is providing services in Batavia to a 5 year old male with sever brain injury. The client will call for total care.

Individual’s Needs: He is a 5 year-old little boy who experienced a traumatic brain injury in a car accident. He is re-learning how to talk and resumed walking. He takes in food and medications through g-tube.
He needs full-physical support with his dressing, changing his diaper, and brushing his teeth.
He recently started toilet training.
He needs a provider to take him to speech therapy on Tuesdays at 9am and to physical therapy
on Thursdays at 9am. Both therapy appointments are at CCHMC in Eastgate.
