Machine Operator - OUTLET - Brooklyn Park, MN - (Full-Time)

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for operating baling machine, preparing product for secondary markets generating revenues that contribute to the organizations mission.

Job Pay & Perks:

• Typical Starting Pay Range between $14.00-$17.00/hr

About You:

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to interact with a very diverse population in a human-services setting.
• Perseverance and commitment to getting the job done.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• A typical full-time schedule is 35-40 hours per week and requires:
  • Open schedule availability including a combination of days, nights, and weekends, totaling at least 35 hours per week; and
  • Willingness and ability to be cross-trained, and to train in new employees.

Prior Experience & Education:

• 0-3 years of experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
