Nurse Practitioner - IPA - Workflow Educator (Non Clinical Position)

*CenterWell Senior Care Centers* is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Advanced Practice Provider for a position in Las Vegas, NV*. This position requires at least 2 years of experience as an NP.*

*This is a Non-Clinical Position that will involve the following:*
* IPA NP position is non clinical. The position involves EMR Workflow Training.
* Partnering with National leaders in clinic operations, legal, quality, referrals, care management, and home-based care programs to create or enhance current workflows, while using evidenced based practice, to improve efficiency in care delivery, documentation, reimbursement, and patient outcomes. Thus, demonstrating commitment to improving clinical practice and increasing revenue.
* Analyzing Key Performance Indicator metrics utilizing EMR reports while collaborating with population health and the quality department to improve various internal workflows to enhance patient outcomes and improve metrics.
* Creating and enhancing current workflows by partnering with operational leadership to draft proposals for approval by the National Medical Informatics Committee.
* Creating and distributing monthly medical informatics enterprise wide on important workflow updates.
* Drafting and enhancing Physician and APP onboarding training content.
* Providing elbow support and training to Physician’s and Advanced Practice Provider’s nationwide on documentation guidelines and requirements, navigating the EMR, and current workflows that align with Value Based Care delivery models.

*Your Accomplishments are Valued:*
* Active, unrestricted NP/PA license in the appropriate state
* Current certification as an NP or PA
* Current DEA license or ability to obtain a DEA license
* This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
* Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
