Blasians Walk-In Salon is a new Detroit premier salon. We are a 50/50 spilt commission based salon. We provide the professionals with all tools, supplies, equipment and booking site to help ensure success. We are currently looking for 3 talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for hairstyling while providing exceptional service to our clients. With a strong eye for detail and a dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques, you will play a vital role in helping our clients enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients
• Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyles and offer expert advice
• Stay up-to-date with current hairstyling trends and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service
• Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your skills

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
• Excellent knowledge of a wide range of hairstyling techniques and hair care products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetic beauty
• Valid cosmetology license is required

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
