We are a small family of 3. Dad works away from home and mom works from home, but isn't able to also care for a 5 yo
Watch Rowan (5YO) from 8am M-F while mom is working in the in-home office
We are located on 3 acres in a 4k sqft home. Mom will be working in the from office away from the main living quarters of the house, but will be home all day. Nanny/Sitter can have the "run of the home" most of the day including the outside acreage.
