Clinical Social Worker - LSW, LISW, LCSW, LMSW

We are seeking a Clinical Social Worker to join our team! You will provide emotional, administrative, and clinical support to clients in either individual or group settings as well as provide clinical supervision to License Social Workers who are in pursuit of an independent license.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing their personal history
• Develop and execute individual treatment plans
• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
• Maintain accurate client documentation
