Psychotherapist, in person or hybrid

We are seeking a Psychotherapist, In Person Or Hybrid to join our team! You will provide individual, couple, family services in group or individual settings.  We see children, adolescents or adults.  This is a fee-for-service employment position.  You earn a percentage of what the practice receives from the client and/or insurance. We offer paid time off, sick time, 3% match of retirement contribution, possibility to buy AFLAC for dental and other medical care.  We are looking into some support for other medical expenses.  

Responsibilities:

• Offer assistance to individuals with mental health or emotional issues
• Provide individual. couple, family or play therapy
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Consult with additional treatment providers 
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
• Familiarity with community mental health resources 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
