Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Dishwasher, where your role is crucial in maintaining the backbone of our food service operations. YOU WILL:

  • Efficiently put away and rotate produce and food orders, ensuring freshness and longevity.
  • Inspect all cooking utensils and equipment to guarantee they meet our standards for quality and cleanliness.
  • Skillfully operate kitchen machinery, including knives, ovens, grills, food processors, and blenders, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Consistently follow and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines, setting the standard for best practices within the kitchen.
  • Thoroughly open/close and clean your station, ensuring you and your fellow team members are positioned for success.
  • Occasionally assist with food preparation as needed.
  • Wash dishes by hand and by operating dish machinery.
  • Remove garbage from restaurant, bus tables and retrieve dishes from dining areas.
  • Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as requested to support the team's needs at any time.
