Market Expansion Rep - East Texas Region

No experience? No problem. If you have the will, we can teach you the skills to earn $65-$80k your first year – and into the six figures by the end of year two (including base salary).

As a Market Expansion Rep going door to door, you should have the desire to land a career in technology sales, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work independently outside an office daily.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently in the field within your assigned geographical areas
• The ability to engage residents with strong listening skills and communication skills
• Responsibly manage your day to be most productive
• Contribute to our team culture by participating in weekly and monthly sales contests
• Commit to learning our products and services within a reasonable time frame for you and your loved ones

• The ability to operate a computer and a smartphone using our proprietary software to enter orders at the door

Requirements

• Some overnight travel will be required depending on geographical areas
• Must be able to walk considerable distances throughout neighborhoods (2+ miles)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Desire to achieve your personal financial goals
• Disciplined and self-motivated (you will never go to an “office”)
• High school degree or equivalent

Total Compensation: $60,000/yearly (first-year minimum)

Salary: $17 - $18 / hour

Commission: $1,750/monthly ($21,000 yearly)

Contests: $250/monthly ($3,000 yearly)
