Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various home improvement tasks, including but not limited to painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, and flooring.
- Utilize basic hand and power tools to perform assigned duties effectively and safely.
- Carry out preparation work, such as cleaning surfaces, removing old materials, and organizing materials and tools for each job.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning work areas and keeping tools and equipment in good condition.
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided by team leaders or supervisors accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and organized work environment, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and develop skills in various construction and home improvement techniques.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and guidelines at all times.
- Assist with job site cleanup and disposal of construction debris at project completion.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar position or a desire to learn and develop necessary skills for home improvement work.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, their uses, and safety guidelines associated with them.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
