Position: Commercial Roofing Foreman Location: Wichita, KS
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Supervise and motivate crew members, delegating tasks effectively to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to coordinate materials, equipment, and resources needed for each project.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any incidents or safety concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with demonstrated proficiency in installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a crew of roofing professionals.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
