Job Description
Benefits:
Production bonus of up to $750 per month.
Eligible the first of the month after date of hire (Health, FSA or HSA, Telehealth, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance (Company Paid), Short Term and Long Term Disability (Company pays 50% of premium), Voluntary Benefits).
Vacation – 1 week after 30 days of employment (Year 2024 only) plus earned accrual from date of hire. Vacation is accrued each pay-period. Accrual rate is based on years of service.
Sick Leave - Accrued from date of hire - up to 48 hours per year.
Holiday Pay - Eligible from date of hire.
Profit Sharing Plan - Eligible to participate after 90 days of employment.
Job Summary
Under direct supervision, this position will perform the assembly of our LED products.
Job Responsibilities
- Reviews job traveler to determine sign type, needed sign components or other information for manufacturing functions.
- Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions
- Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, and screws
- Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly.
- Inspect or test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits
- Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.
- Uses multiple hand tools and fixtures including drills, jigs, nail guns, etc. to accomplish assembly task
- Inspects dimensions of components to ensure accuracy of sign components and assembly.
- Cutting and assembly of wood crate for completed sign
- Responsible for cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Requires moving, lifting, or carrying sometimes large sign components
Education /Experience
- 1-3 years of manual labor experience
- 1-3 years of heavy assembly experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred)
- 1-3 years of electrical assembly or electrical wiring experience (preferred)
- Experience with Epicor 9 and using or navigating a Digital Signage cloud-based software i.e. OptiSigns, Spectrio, Play Digital Signage desired.

Job Location
The location of this job is in our manufacturing plant in Clanton, Alabama.
Work Environment
This position is in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
