- đĩ Salary: $40-50/hr
Elevate Home Healthcare in Gulfport: We're inviting experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurses to join our Gulfport team. Here's an opportunity to bring your infusion expertise directly to patients' homes and positively impact their healthcare journey.
Role and Responsibilities:
- đ Administer at-home IV therapies, including but not limited to IVIG, antibiotics, and other specialized treatments.
- đ Monitor patient responses, adapting treatments to ensure the best outcomes.
- đ Ensure meticulous documentation in EMR, complying with healthcare standards.
- đ¤ Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams for integrated patient care.
- 𧰠Safely handle and maintain infusion equipment.
- đ Educate patients and families on infusion treatments and overall health management.
Qualifications:
- đ Valid MS nursing license.
- đ Nursing degree with substantial experience as an RN, or experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
- â¤ī¸ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- đ Willingness to travel within the Gulfport area.
- đģ Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.

- đ Schedule: Day shift, including weekends.
- đ˛ Pay: $40-50/hr, experience-based.
