The Exus Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) department is seeking an Engineering or Construction Management Intern for our Summer 2024 intern program out of Twin Ridges project site located in Somerset County, PA. This is a paid full-time position. Anticipated duration will be approximately 8 to 10 weeks (May to August 2024 timeframe). Duration, start and end dates are flexible to each candidate’s school schedule. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the on-site Project Manager and help with other assignments providing support to the EPC Dept as assigned.

This intern will assist with the execution of the Twin Ridges project. You will work with your sponsor mentor to define and complete EPC related projects tasks specific to the company needs and goals. There will also be an Intern presentation session at the end of the program where project presentations will be conducted to the entire company.

- Assist with quality inspections of incoming wind turbine generator equipment documenting OSD (Overage, Shortages and Damages).
- Participate in POD (Plan of the Day) meetings and review for accuracy Contractor’s documentation.
- Assist EXUS project staff in monitoring construction schedule progress.
- Assist EXUS project staff with notifications to local authorities and landowners.
Requirements:
- An undergraduate student, currently enrolled and attending an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
- Willing and able to work at the Twin Ridges project site located in Somerset, PA for the duration of the program.
- Motivated, detail orientated person with an interest in renewable energy engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail/accuracy, analytical mindset and outstanding quantitative skills sets.
- Team player with enthusiasm for learning and finding solutions for resolving complex challenges.
