Peak is a fast growing company in the home remodeling space and we are looking for a highly money motivated Field Canvass Manager to manage our newest location in Fairfax VA. This is a very important position for the expansion of our company and our compensation reflects that. Only Professional experienced candidate need apply.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, Hire, and train new canvassers.
- Manage and oversee a team of canvassers Monday through Saturday
- Train and mentor canvassers on effective sales techniques, negotiation skills, and lead generation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the canvassing team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records through our company CRM.
Skills
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing a team of field canvassers.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade potential clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team lead who can motivate and empower others.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software
