Part-Time Front Desk Clerk

 The Desk Clerk must process all guest check-ins, enter and confirm reservations and perform general clerical duties.  They must welcome and acknowledge all guests and provide customer service, speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Working hours are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and candidate must be available year round. Applicant must also be available to work other shifts as needed. The hourly rate for this position is $15.00.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests and provide customer service.
• Process all guest check-ins/departures.
• Enter and confirm reservations.
• Perform general clerical duties.
• Maintains a safe working environment within and around their facilities and associated equipment and supplies including, but not limited to, obtaining Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information pertaining to any hazards associated with their work environment.
• Safety: Participate in safety training and comply with safety rules, regulations, and protocols
• Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and be capable of handling multiple tasks in an organized manner. 
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic.
