Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. $100,000 - $300,000+

Responsibilities:
  • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
  • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
  • Respond timely to buyer and seller inquiries to the Firm (many referrals from past clients, Yelp inquiries, Google searches, website direct connections, Zillow leads, Effective Agent leads, FastExpert leads, and many inquiries from Buyers for our listings). There's a ton of opportunity and low-hanging fruit
  • Get buyers pre-qualified and help educate them on the risks/rewards with each option along the way
  • The document, track, and follow up with Leads/Clients in our CRM databases. Manage leads in the database, track from consult to close
  • Perform meeting presentations - for listings and potential buyers to educate clients about FASSResults.com
  • Schedule showings and help advise Clients. Take videos for out-of-town clients (and local clients)
  • Research and advise clients - pricing analysis, other Agent's sales stats, DOM comparison, $/SF, critical data on the Buyer, Seller, other Agent
  • Prepare and review Real Estate documents: sales contracts, addenda, including negotiating purchase agreements, contracts, and an addendum with buyers and sellers, and other agents
  • Manage calendars: appointments, inspections, walk-throughs, meeting contractors, closings
  • Host open houses for the team’s listings (2-3 per month) and other events
  • Follow up on leads and open-house prospects
  • Research properties, schedule, and a book showing appointments for buyers
  • Conduct market analysis, agent’s sales history, and gather critical data to help determine accurate property value
  • Negotiate on the client’s best behalf
  • Educate clients on all their options, including the risk/reward for every option along the way (offer price, contingency terms, inspection and appraisal negotiations, walk-thru items)
  • Proactively search for any issues or resale concerns to educate the buyer
  • Attend Home Inspections to provide clients with options (admin can assist)
  • Help find “off-market” homes for all the clients to provide more options
  • Work with the lender and Title Company, attend closings and provide support for clients
  • Attend meetings and calls with the team and the Broker
  • Other: being on top of technology, social media, and other supported platforms is essential in an ever-changing market. We support old and new ideas

Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Currently holds an active real estate license (Virginia/DC/Maryland), or in the process of getting licensed
  • Significant sales experience, knowledge of the DMV real estate market and territory
  • Coachable and Client service focused
  • A positive attitude is critical
  • The ability to multi-task is a must
  • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills are key
  • Must love helping others, juggling client needs, flexible, and fast-paced
