As a Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in processing acknowledgment reports and ensuring accurate transaction postings in our collection system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process acknowledgment reports received daily from facilities using advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Thoroughly understand acknowledgment reports, including transaction files, inventory reports, cancellations/withdrawals, recall notices, and reinstatement reports, ensuring accurate and prompt processing.
• Identify and promptly report any discrepancies or errors in acknowledgment reports.
• Ensure daily transaction file completion and meticulous daily tracking of acknowledgment reports.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate client host systems efficiently.
• Post payments in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Assist with various departmental tasks, including cash posting, RCA posting, client posting, and account reviews.
• Respond promptly to emails from managers or supervisors.
• Adhere to office procedures to uphold company integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in data entry.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer programs.
