YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT SQUEEZE

As the Lead Therapist, you will spend about 20-30 hours per month on the following:

• Facilitate Squeeze School (new massage therapist training)
• Interview therapist candidates and evaluate practical skills
• Liaison with massage school partners
• Participate in recruiting events
• Coach therapists on technique/body mechanics
• Ensure shop massage standards exceed expectations

You will spend the remainder of your time performing massage with the following responsibilities:

• Deliver an amazing, personalized massage each and every time
• Review guest preferences prior to service
• Understand our shop technology and in-suite guest touch-screens
• Maintain suite cleanliness to Squeeze standards

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed/certified in your state with at least 5-years of practical field experience
• Experience in training, mentoring, and developing other therapists' skillsets
• Expert in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal modalities
• Proven track record in delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Passionate about delivering a personalized massage and adjusting to your guest's needs
• Available to work at least 24 hours a week (full-time)
• Must be available to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday-Sunday)

MEET YOUR MANAGER, SARA WILLIAMS!

I'm a hospitality lifer working to create positive, memorable experiences for my team. I like to think of myself as a coach, and I enjoy teaching people new things and helping them grow. My team's success is my success. I encourage self care by regularly checking in and reminding everyone to get their free monthly Squeeze! I think my team would describe me as organized, supportive, and a problem solver.

• I love camping in the woods in New England, preferably close to the ocean.
• My favorite movie is Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle (I'm unapologetic on this) and favorite TV show is Curb Your Enthusiasm.
• If I were a dog, I would be a Chihuahua because I'm small, loyal, and I love to yap.
• If I could pick any song for my walk-on music, it would be Stone Cold Steve Austin's entrance song.
