What We’re Looking For!
We’re looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician in the Gaithersburg, MD area who wants to learn and grow with an amazing technology integration company!  The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in accordance with electrical codes. The ideal candidate will have experience with HV/MV/LV/AC/DC electrical systems and possess all necessary hand tools.

What You’ll Do

• Install and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures
• Install conduit and pipe to electrical wires and cables
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes
• Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation
• Read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operations and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and schematic drawings
• Knowledge of working with HV/MV/LV/AC/DC electrical systems
• Lift, position, and fasten objects
• Train and mentor apprentice electricians
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
• Possess reliable transportation

What Makes YOU Great

• MD Journeyman license
• 5+ years of experience as an electrician 
• Field Electrician/Foreman experience
• Your enthusiasm for the Electric Trade!
• Experience in both commercial and residential electrician work
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills, we love it when you think outside of the box!
• Ability to attend work on time regularly and to the full extent of the workday
• Must possess all necessary hand tools

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle check 
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
