Primary Purpose of Position: Provide assistance to children, adults and/or elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and health maintenance activities in accordance with the Personal Care Plan
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License, with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Basic phone and computer skills required
• Must be reliable with high integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
