The Comstock team is looking for talented young professionals to be part of our Summer 2024 Internship Program! Our goal is to provide you with hands-on learning experiences and prepare you for your next step in your career growth. Interns will utilize their communication, detail-oriented, and collaborative skills and learn what it’s like to work in a culture-driven, corporate environment. - Accounting- Accounting Internship- Reston, VA
- Residential- Leasing Internship- Reston/Ashburn, VA or Rockville, MD
- Human Resources- HR Internship- Reston, VA
- Marketing- Digital Media Internship- Reston, VA
Internship Details
- 9-week program will run from Monday June 3rd through Friday August 2nd
- Interviews will begin in end of February into March
- This is a paid internship.

Expectations and Qualifications
Expectations
- Attend meetings, huddles, and training sessions to gain exposure to the team and cross-functional projects.
- Exemplify the Comstock values and principles by bringing your best every day
- Identify areas for improvement and help create solutions for the business, conducting research as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on a Capstone project, which will be delivered & presented to our Senior Leadership and HQ Team.
- Network and collaborate with current and future team members.
Qualifications
- Rising Junior, Senior or Graduating Senior 2024 pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and dynamic environment
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- High level of adaptability, accountability, and detail-oriented skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and multi-task
