This position is for the candidate that is looking for a non-traditional construction job that is making the industry re-imagine the way it builds.

• Duties and Responsibilities
• Safety – Diligently work with the SVP safety team and crews to ensure everyone returns home safely each day.
• Have or obtain required OSHA and First Aid standard certifications  
• Attend Subcontractor meetings when needed
• Coordinate manpower
• Able to overview multiple jobs
• Knowledge of blueprints exterior framing & exterior envelopes
• Layout SVP walls/panels & verify building control and benchmarks are correct.
• Monitor daily panel set production
• Coordinate trucking with the client for smooth delivery and installation of panels
• Document all site discrepancies on BIM.  Document in writing to the client
• Write T&M tickets for extra work to clients and get them signed in a timely matter
• Quality Control panels when set. Lining up joints, elevation, in/out aesthetic, coordinating with set crew
• Keep track of damages to panels on BIM
• Communicate any damages to the client by others or SVP set crew with written documentation/photos
• Manage materials on site
• Forecast, plan, and coordinate material deliveries ahead of when they are needed on site.
• Weekly feedback on job status
• Manage and monitor employees' attendance and work production/quality
• Allocate and delegate responsibilities to employees
• Supervise, train, and give feedback to employees
• Ensure labor and other resources necessary to perform the job scope 
• Able to work 2nd shifts and Saturdays depending on project requirements
• Skill and certified in operating various types of construction equipment
• Have or obtain crane rigging and signaling skills

Qualifications and Skills

• Bi-lingual Speaking English/Spanish a plus
• Previous experience as a construction foreman and working with cranes is a plus.  Minimum 5 years preferred.
• Have a can-do attitude without sacrificing safety
• Work for continuous improvement. Ask the manager if tasks can be done differently to achieve greater safety and production
• Communicate to clients with a good attitude and respect
• Treat coworkers with respect, knowing people have different personalities
• Positive attitude
• Professionally resolve any emerging problems and issues
• Must pass a strength and agility test

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range:  $35-$40/hour, based on experience and qualifications
