Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Description/Overview

Malouf is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who will be responsible for monitoring the outflow of capital. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.

This is a full-time position. The general schedule is 8am-5pm Monday - Friday in the office. Part time, remote, or student schedules are not available.
 

Responsibilities and Duties

•   Receive inventory and enter supplier invoices into the accounting system

•   Help build and maintain weekly supplier payable reports

•   Work with supply chain for freight and carrier billing

•   Assist with entering other vendor invoices into the accounting system

• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior accounts payable experience is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Accurate data entry skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to work well independently and with teams
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Excellent communication skills and customer service (written and verbal)
