As Garney'sHuman Resources/Recruiting Intern in Winter Garden, FL you will assist the recruiting team in sourcing our future employee-owners. To thrive in this role you will need to have a positive attitude and computer skills. This is a great chance to learn about many areas in the human resources / recruiting department. This is an in office job, Monday-Friday. This is a temporary position for the summer.
- Assisting the Recruiting team with daily tasks
- Learning an applicant tracking system
- Utilize various online platforms, databases, and networks to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Employ Boolean searches and other advanced search techniques to find candidates with specific skills and qualifications.
- Work closely with recruiters to understand position requirements and refine sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in human resources, business, communication, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong research and sourcing skills, with an understanding of online search techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment.
