About the role...

The Account Manager will be a revenue generation role to assist inside sales and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) by reducing churn and generating and closing up-sell, add on and cross-sell opportunities. This is accomplished through relationship management and value-adding initiatives by providing consultative services to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly business reviews and system health checks for customers.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest among our current customer base. Close new business for upsell and add-ons.
  • Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as Point of Rental advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies).
  • Quarterback resources across the Point of Rental org as needed to support customers' needs.
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Being the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality.
  • Being the main point of contact between the company and your assigned accounts.
  • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base.
  • Gauge customers' levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and development team to set up or configure our software platform as per customers' requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers.
  • Collaborate closely with team members support renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process.

Job Type

Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Commission + Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) + 100% 401(k) matching (up to 4%) + 120 Hours PTO. M-F, Daytime Hours. Work Environment: Open to Hybrid or 100% Remote.

The base pay for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 per year The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses and certifications, and education among other factors.
