  • Team Collaboration & Development
  • Engage in observation, note-taking, and analysis as required; facilitate approved studies.
  • Mentor team members and provide guidance on best research practices and user-centric design principles.

Your Qualifications:

At Vista, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. No matter your background or work experience, we strongly encourage you to apply-even if you feel that you don't meet the exact requirements or have the same qualifications. You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities.

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in the user experience or consumer research field where user research is a core activity.
  • Creation and administration of qualitative studies include focus groups, card sorting, contextual inquiry, usability studies, and co-discovery.
