Full Time
SALARY: $102,336.00 - $153,504.00
Shift : Either (5) 8 hr shifts or (4) 10 hr shifts, weekends will be one major and 1-2 minor holiday and backfill if needed for vacation fill-in.
1 - 2 days of call per week.
VERY Rarely needed to come on site, just an occasional phone call
SIGNING BONUS -$10,000 Sign-on Bonus
Must-Haves
• Minimum Education Graduate from school of pharmacy or active license to serve as proof of education- Required
• Doctor of Pharmacy - Preferred
• Minimum 1 year hospital pharmacy experience or completion of PGY1 residency - preferred
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement & the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
• Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained within 10 days of hire; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS - obtained within 30 days of hire; LICENSE: KY Board of Pharmacy in good standing
